Located at one of the important and precious land parcels of the city, the multi storey ICCC cum PSCL building is state of the art work peace. This building will accommodate the Integrated Control and Command Centre components. Topmost floor has the office of Patna Smart City Limited. Rest floors are dedicated for data centre.

This is a G+4 structure situated in SSP, Patna campus in Gandhi Maidan.Total built-up area of this building is 33,625 sq ft.The building has been designed considering aspect of safety and stability using best engineering practices. The building has been designed on pile foundation after carrying out the geotechnical investigation on the site.

Smart building

The ICCC cum PSCL building is based on smart building management system to ensure effective management and efficiency of ICCC. It has automatic centralized control of heating, ventilation and air conditioning, lighting and other systems through a building management system or building automation system (BAS). The objective is improved occupant comfort, efficient operation of building systems, reduction in energy consumption and operating costs, and improved life cycle of utilities.

Glass and Aluminium Composite panel on the outer wall of the building makes it more aesthetic.

The area statement of the building is as follows-

·         Ground Floor: parking, under ground tank, maintenance office, gen set room, electrical room, pump room, entrance lobby, reception, waiting area, toilets.

·         First Floor: server room, access control, operation team room, BMS room, helpdesk, staging and telecom room, toilets, electrical panel room, store room.

·         Second Floor: video room, OPS room, observation desk, water supply, SCADA and smart grid observation rooms, toilets.

·         Third Floor: video room, observation desk, staging and telecom room, sewage, STP & CETP observation room, toilets.

·         Fourth: Patna Smart City Limited office

·         Terrace: lift machine room, overhead tank, open terrace.

Executing Agency and Project Cost

This building project is completed under the tripartite agreement between Patna Smart City Limited, Bihar State Building Construction Corporation Limited and M/s Ma Vaishno Infrazone Pvt Limited within the budget of Rs 15.97 crore.
